In a show of support for youth development through sports, Hon. Sule Ginawula Tekile, also known as Garkuwan Kiri and Baraden Shelleng, has donated a complete set of football jerseys to the Kiri Under-17 Football Club, which is coached by Malam Jibrillah.
The generous donation followed a recent visit by Coach Jibrillah to Hon. Sule Tekile at his residence in the Boduwa area of Kiri District, Shelleng Local Government Area, Adamawa State.
Expressing his gratitude, Coach Jibrillah stated that the donation fulfilled a long-standing need for the team and pledged his continued support for Hon. Tekile’s initiatives.
The donation consisted of fifteen jerseys and fifteen pairs of boots—one for each player. During the presentation, Hon. Tekile advised the team and their coach to focus on peaceful sportsmanship and unity, emphasizing the importance of playing football with discipline and without conflict.
The presentation ceremony was carried out on behalf of Hon. Tekile by his senior associate, Hon. Hamdallah Isma’ila, alongside Hon. Bose Wuro-Yanka, the Shelleng Local Government Coordinator for Tekile.
