In commemoration of 2025 Menjauli Annual Cultural Festival, Chief Sule Tekile as a proud Dera (Kanakuru) breed, bonified indigene and a doubletitleholder in Shelleng kingdom has yesterday graciously joins his kinsmen, traditional rulers, friends and well-wishers across Shelleng Chiefdom and beyond in celebrating the event.
Baraden Shelleng arrived at the scene amidst cheers and drumming. Gorgeously dressed in a complete Dera (Kanakuru) traditional attire, he was welcomed by the festival’s organizing committee, community elders and a teaming supporters.
During the occasion, Chabruwa Nunguraba expressed his total elation over the way and manner the program was organized, affirming that this year festival celebrated with such grandeur and enthusiasm, is a direct reflection of the progress and harmony we are enjoying under your visionary guidance of His Royal Highness, Alhaji, Dr. Abdullahi Isa Dasong (Balala'awo ll), The Amna Shelleng. Amna's genuine commitment to safeguarding our ancestral heritage while promoting modern advancements has set a standard for all, Dr. Tekile also stated.
The visionary leader also noted that, we the entire people of Shelleng are truly blessed to have a monarch who leads with such compassion, integrity, and strength. His presence at this festival today doesn't only adds to the spirit and pride of our community but also signifies his true effort in defending his people.
Baraden Shelleng concludes by wishing our Amiable Amna a continued good health, wisdom, and strength as he continues to reign over his people.
