HON. SULE GINAWULA TEKILE CONDOLES WITH THE TIJJANIYYA UMMAH OVER THE DEMISE OF SHEIKH DAHIRU BAUCHI

Hon. Sule Ginawula Tekile has condoled with the Tijjaniyya order of Islam over the passing of their revered leader, Sheikh Dahiru Usman Bauchi.

Tekile described the death of the prominent Islamic scholar as an irreparable loss, noting that Nigeria has lost one of its most influential voices in the propagation of Islamic knowledge, peace, and unity.

Sheikh Dahiru Bauchi was a household name across all corners of Nigeria, widely respected for his decades-long preaching, mentorship, and spiritual guidance.


Hon. Tekile extended his sympathy not only to the family of the late Sheikh, but also to the entire nation, stressing that such a blessed and devoted personality is difficult to replace. He reaffirmed that the Sheikh’s teachings played a significant role in promoting unity among Nigerians across religious and ethnic divides.

He further extended his heartfelt condolences to the Sheikh’s followers and urged them to uphold and emulate his teachings as a guiding light for the younger generation.
