A few days ago, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) conducted its primary elections across the 21 local government areas of Adamawa State.
In this regard, the election was significant for our democracy, as it provided an opportunity for everyone to participate and ensure that their choices were freely expressed and elected.
Hon. Sule Ginawula Tekile and his supporters expressed total satisfaction with the free and fair nature of the election conducted at the venue. After the election, Hon. Tekile urged the winners to prepare adequately for the general election and promised to offer his full support.
Today marked another primary election for the position of Local Government Chairman in Shelleng, and Hon. Sule Ginawula Tekile honored the occasion with his presence.
Prominent stakeholders and notable personalities from Shelleng Local Government were present during the voting exercise, except for a few who were absent, possibly due to a lack of confidence in the process.
Once again, congratulations to Hon. Abubakar Isah on emerging as the PDP flagbearer for the Shelleng Local Government Chairmanship position.
