Today, 14 February 2026, Hon. Sule Ginawula Tekile received another meritorious award from the Gongola Diocese in Kem. The award has been displayed in a public place in recognition of its significance.
It may be recalled that Hon. Tekile was recently honored by Islamiyya in Kiri for his contributions to the Muslim Ummah. Likewise, today, friends, family members, and political allies accompanied him as he received a similar honor from the Gongola Diocese in Kem, Bayan-Dutse, a town under Gundo Ward in Shelleng Local Government Area of Adamawa State.
The award was presented to Hon. Tekile in appreciation of his support for the Gongola Diocese, just as he supports other religious communities. A large crowd was present to witness the ceremony and celebrate with him.
Hon. Tekile expressed his sincere gratitude to the Gongola Diocese for finding him worthy of such a unique award.
He wished everyone well and thanked the youths of Kem for their support on this joyous occasion.
He also appreciated his political supporters who set aside their engagements to accompany him to the award ceremony. Finally, he thanked the religious clerics in attendance and the award presenters.
Thousands of people have wished Hon. Tekile success in his bid for the position of Guyuk/Shelleng Member, House of Representatives, which he is currently contesting.
