Hon. Ginawula Sule Tekile has extended his heartfelt Sallah felicitations to the Muslim Ummah in the Guyuk/Shelleng Constituency and Nigeria at large as Muslims celebrate Eid-el-Kabir on the 10th day of Dhul-Hijjah, corresponding with Wednesday, 27th May 2026.
In his goodwill message, Hon. Tekile congratulated Muslims on the occasion of the blessed festival and prayed for peace, unity, and prosperity across the constituency and the nation.
He noted that Eid-el-Kabir is a sacred period of sacrifice, love, and devotion to Almighty Allah, urging Muslims to use the occasion to pray fervently for the peace and stability of the country.
According to him, at a time when the nation is facing challenges such as insurgency, banditry, and other social vices, collective prayers and unity among citizens remain essential for national progress and the sustenance of democracy.
Hon. Tekile, a two-time House of Representatives contestant for the Guyuk/Shelleng Federal Constituency, also encouraged Muslims to celebrate the Sallah festivities peacefully, while promoting good faith, tolerance, and sincerity in their relationships with one another.
He joined family members, political associates, and supporters in celebrating the occasion at his residence in Kiri.
